On our student trips during the high season we use hostels for accommodation. They are all greatly located in the historical center and provide good services. Common features for all hostels:

DAY 1

15:00 Meeting at Stockholm Viking Line ferry terminal
16:30 Departure from Stockholm to Helsinki by overnight ferry

DAY 2

10:10 Ferry arrives in Helsinki Katajanokka Terminal. Please leave the ferry immediately on arrival.
10:30 Bus departure from Helsinki, Katajanokka Terminal parking lot
20:00 Arrival in St Petersburg (estimation). Check-in at the hostel, dorm room accommodations. Passports left to the reception for the registration. Free time.

DAY 3

09:30 Guided city tour (Peter & Paul fortress, The Spit of the St Basil Island, etc.) Duration ab 3 hrs
12:30 Free time for lunch in the city center
14:30 Guided tour of the State Hermitage Museum (FREE for students/ 20 € adults). Duration approx. 2 hours. After the tour, you may stay in the museum or a walk in the city.
18:00-22:00 Ballet or Opera in one of the St Petersburg theatres. Tickets approx. 50€*.
23:00 Limousine tour with sparkling wine, 25 €*. Duration 1,5 hours. After-party in a nightclub

DAY 4

09:00 Check - out. Guided bus excursion to Pushkin, Catherine's Palace in "Village of the Tsars" 35 €*
12:00 *Check-out for those not going to Catherine's Palace.
14:00 Arrival back to the hotel. Free time.
15:30 Cathedrals of St Petersburg tour (optional, 25 €*). includes a visit to the most beautiful cathedrals of St Petersburg: St Isaac’s Cathedral and Cathedral on the Spilled Blood. The overall duration of the program – 2-2,5 hrs.
18:00 End of the tour.
20:00 Traditional Russian Evening - Dinner & Show – 30 €*
23:00 Departure back to Finland from the city center. Overnight drive back to Finland.
