We will run trips to Finnish Lapland, to Gotland in Sweden and to Lake Saimaa in Finland.
When the situation allows, we will also offer trips to Lofoten, Norwegian Fjords, Iceland and Russia. Stay tuned!

The measures we and our partners have implemented for your tour in Winter/Spring 2021

The health travel insurance is included for all travellers on our trips and covers cancellation before the tour due to sickness and medical treatment during the tour;

Please stay home if you are ill! Travellers with a respiratory infection (running nose, cough, sore throat, fever) will not be allowed to join the group;

The buses and accommodations are thoroughly cleaned, the hard surfaces are disinfected during the tour and after every group has left;

Wearing a face mask to cover mouth and nose onboard the bus and in closed areas is obligatory for all passengers in order to ensure everyone's safety;

There will be hand sanitizer available on all busses and in the accommodation;

Warm-hearted and well-trained guides will take care of you! Our personnel is instructed to follow the safe travel guidelines and assist you throughout your trip.

For the health reasons, we will keep extra spots on the bus free. However, a safety distance of 1,5m can not be guaranteed, thus we require everyone wearing masks;

Every traveler is required to read, accept and sign a health declaration form which is shared before the trip;

We will measure everyone's temperature before departure with a contactless fever thermometer;

In order to limit contact with other travelers, onboard the bus, you can choose between the seats assigned for your accommodation.

What happens if I cannot join the trip?

  • In case you feel ill before the trip starts, please stay at home!
  • When getting on board our tours, we will ask you to sign a health declaration! If you feel sick before the trip, please visit the doctor. With a doctor’s certificate, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • In case the tour cannot take place due to restrictions, we will cancel and refund your order.
  • No fee will apply to trip date change or cancellation requests received until 28 days before trip departure.

What happens if someone falls ill during the trip?

You are in good hands! Our “safe travel concept” includes different scenarios, gives guidelines to our staff, and practical information and instructions to our on-side guides and personnel

We have prepared procedures to make sure that, in case a passenger falls ill, he/she will get tested for Covid-19, stay in a separate accommodation until the test results come back negative and will receive medical treatment. We are in close contact with the health officials and follow their recommendations. We will stay in close contact with the rest of the group if needed.
